WordPress, you’ve been good to me…okay, decent at least. However, my blog will soon have it’s own domain and a snazzy new design to go with it! Check back July 1 to see what’s been cooking at LHP. If you don’t, my son may shoot you with his water gun and my daughter won’t give you the time of day.

Custom blog design & a very interesting plant

I am SO EXCITED that my custom blog design was completed today! I can hardly wait to show it off. However, you’ll have to wait a little longer for that. Last week my Facebook page reached the 200 fan mark (and is now steadily climbing toward 220!). Maybe you’re thinking that’s a small number to get excited about, but I AM excited! That number far surpasses my ‘friends’ on my personal page and involves people from all over the county! It’s a big deal to have someone other than your mom want to view your work. So, I’m gonna go ahead and be excited! And you should too because with this milestone comes the chance to win some cool prizes!

So, what are the prizes you may wonder? The first is from Jessie Hartley at It’s Girly! Sassy Bows & Crafts. It’s hard to take time out of our busy schedules to document memories but now you’ll have no excuse. My focus isn’t on perfect posing or trying to make you look a certain way – instead, it’s on capturing the relationship between two people.
